• Order details you send us on WhatsApp — typically your name, phone number, delivery address, PIN code and the products you want.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email when you ask a question or request support.
• Information stored in your browser — your cart and a few preferences (for example, that you dismissed the cookie notice or a festive banner). This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you choose to send your order.

We do not ask you to create an account, and this website does not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order and to give you support.
• To handle returns, refunds and cancellations.
• To keep the website secure and working well.
• To contact you about your order. We will only send you offers if you have asked to receive them.

Who we share it with

We may share necessary information with payment gateways or payment providers (such as Cashfree Payments, which processes your online payment on its own secure page; we do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details), courier and logistics partners, technology and service providers, and other service providers required to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated purposes. Orders placed at checkout (items, name, phone, email, delivery address and payment status) are stored in our order system, hosted on Cloudflare, so that we can fulfil and support your order. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and preferences. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram open those services, which are governed by their own privacy policies. You can clear site data at any time from your browser settings.

Third-party services

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Orders are conversations on WhatsApp (a Meta service). When you follow us on Instagram, Instagram's policies apply.

How long we keep it & security

We keep order and support information only as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle any issues and meet legal or accounting obligations. The website uses HTTPS encryption, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. This website is not directed at children under 18.
