Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to serviceable locations across India.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
  • Orders may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or incorrect address details.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information (full address, PIN code and a reachable phone number).
  • Tracking details will be shared on WhatsApp where available.

Shipping is free on all orders within India. The final delivery estimate for your PIN code is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. For delivery-related queries, contact us on 9404146621.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to receive your products in good condition.

Eligible for return / replacement

A product may be eligible if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective
  • A product is missing from your order
Important: for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare and personal-care products are generally not eligible for return, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under applicable law. Products eligible for return should generally be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

Reporting an issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect or missing products. To help us resolve it quickly, share clear photographs (or an unboxing video) of the outer package, the shipping label and the product. After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, subject to product availability and applicable policy.

Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.

Please do not return any product without contacting us first.

Not covered

  • Change of mind after opening or using a product
  • Slight variations in shade or colour between the screen and the real product, as displays differ (ask us on WhatsApp if you are unsure about a shade)
  • Allergic or sensitivity reactions — we recommend a patch test before first use
  • Damage caused after delivery, or claims reported after the 48-hour window

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and you may need to follow the applicable return process. If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Payment Policy

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). You can pay online at checkout on our website, or send your order on WhatsApp — we then confirm availability and the final amount with you and send a secure payment link.

  • You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
  • At checkout the amount is calculated by our system from our current prices, and you pay on Cashfree's secure page.
  • You pay on Cashfree's secure page. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
  • An order is confirmed once your payment is received. A payment link is valid for the time shown on it, after which it may expire and we can send a new one.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation from the payment provider. If money is deducted but you do not receive confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment reference and we will help.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method (see Return & Refund Policy).

  • Who we are. Iccha's Beauty is a multi-brand beauty retailer. We primarily retail products from third-party brands and suppliers and are not the manufacturer of these products. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
  • How ordering works. You build a cart on this website and either pay securely at checkout, or send the cart to us on WhatsApp and pay through the secure payment link we send you. An order is confirmed when we have confirmed availability and price, and your payment has been received.
  • Prices & availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown as MRP inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and stock may change without notice. If a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, we will let you know and you may choose to cancel or pick an alternative.
  • Offers. Promotional offers (for example, a festival discount) apply only during the dates and on the conditions shown on the website, and may be withdrawn at any time. The final amount is always the one we confirm with you on WhatsApp.
  • Product information. We take care to describe products and show photographs accurately, but packaging, shades, formulations and sizes can be updated by brands. Always read the label and ingredient list on the product before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
  • Use of the website. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content, photographs or design for commercial use without written permission.
  • Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Iccha's Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.
  • Changes. We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
