Iccha's Beauty is a multi-brand online beauty store offering skincare, haircare, makeup, personal care and beauty products — ordered easily over WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
Open any product, choose your size or shade, and tap Add to cart. Then open your cart and tap Checkout to enter your delivery details and pay securely online. You can also tap “Order on WhatsApp” instead — we confirm availability and the final amount with you, then send a secure payment link.
Are you the manufacturer of these products?
No. We primarily retail products from third-party brands and suppliers.
Are the products genuine?
We aim to source products through reliable suppliers and legitimate channels.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India.
How can I track my order or see my order history?
Open My Orders from the menu or footer to see the orders placed on that phone or computer, with live status (confirmed, packed, shipped with tracking, delivered). Ordered on another device? Enter your Order ID (it starts with IB- and is on your confirmation page and in our WhatsApp messages) in the box on the My Orders page. We also send updates and your tracking link on WhatsApp.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders within India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before dispatch, subject to the order status. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Can I return an opened cosmetic?
Generally, opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except for eligible defective, damaged or incorrect products.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Take photographs of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
How can I choose the right shade or product?
Use the “Need help?” chat on the website, or message us on WhatsApp with your skin tone, skin type or concern and we will guide you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking at checkout, or through the secure payment link we send you on WhatsApp (powered by Cashfree Payments). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
